Shipping / Returns

Shipping is a flat rate shipping cost based on the weight of your order. It varies slightly by your region of the country.

Max Distance Example: 0-5 lbs: $14.95 Over 5 lbs: $18.95

Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. It is generally a maximum of 3 days to your doorstep. If coordinated prior to the purchase, we will also ship UPS or FedEx as a secondary method.

RETURNS

Kestrel-Air will accept returns ONLY with prior approval and coordination within 30 days of purchase.

PRODUCTS MUST BE:

1. Returned in the same condition in which they were received.

2. Be in the "as new" original box, including all (interior) foam packing materials, gaskets, and mounting bolt(s).

3. Special order lights not eligible for refund.

Examples of lights not acceptable for return: Missing gaskets, bolts, foam packing, wires that have been altered or shortened, box disfigured or not included, chemicals applied to light.

WARRANTY RETURN: In the event of a warranty return, please contact us for how to proceed. Warranty requests are processed at a different location.

Remember, you must have registered your light on the Aveo website to qualify for warranty replacement!!
